As I have previously reported, Japan is slowly issuing evacuation orders on a house by house basis depending on the radiation levels detected at each home. Only if the Japan declares a particular home as evacuated do people receive the government assistance that many people trapped in areas with high levels need to relocate.
This video is an absolutely heart breaking cry for help from those people.
