1st Amendment Suspended; BP Gulf Oil Spill Coverup Now Violates US Constitution And Bill of Rights

The Federal Government has effectively suspended the 1st Amendment by issuing an order that bans all media access to spill, boom, cleanup sites and workers under threat of felony charges and a $40,000 fine. The BP and Government coverup of the Gulf oil spill is now directly violating the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

BP Gulf Oil Spill In The Florida Keys

NOAA says that the Florida Keys and Southern Florida will not be affected by the BP Gulf Oil spill but aerial photos show oil in the Gulf Stream off the Florida Keys. The statement seems to be just one more item in a long list that shows BP and Federal Government lying to the public about the oil spill.

BP Exec Caught Lying? BP Media Blackout Confirmed By WSDU TV.

BP Blocks Media Access

BP Executive Doug Suttles has denied claims that BP is keeping the media from interviewing workers of the Gulf oil spill cleanup. The latest news reports seem to indicate that despite Suttles claims, BP is in fact engaging in a media blackout by threatening to fire oil spill clean up workers and security guards if they speak to the media.
