BP Gulf Oil Spill Fisheries Reopened

The Federal Government has decided to violate its own protocols and reopen BP Gulf Oil Spill wishing waters based on "visual observation" of no oil on the surface and has used inadequate and skewed test results of fishing samples collected in the area to justify the reopening of the waters.
