Florida Oil Spill Law received a tip from an eyewitness about video of BP Gulf Oil Spill floating in the Gulf Stream off the coast of Miami.
I have been warning that oil from the spill has been in the Gulf Stream since May and now we can add this video footage to the long list of evidence of oil in the Gulf Stream that the Federal Government refuses to acknowledge.
The Gulf Stream isn’t even on the Government’s radar for the testing of seafood which is just one of the reasons that CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta warns us that nobody can be sure seafood is safe to eat no matter what the Government claims.
Patches of sheen near Miami filmed from 15th floor
I watched it for two hours.
It moved north on the surface.
Other patches were moving in from the south.
I wanted to believe it was anything EXCEPT oil, but sadly.. it is what it is.

Hi friends,
I have been reading your blog daily and appreciate the inside news you're relaying. Regarding this one off South Beach MIAMI; we live & work here and I assure you it's NOT Oil and hasn't made it (Just Yet!)..
My girlfriend manages vacation rentals on Ocean Drive and it's becoming a common question among tourists. All eyes are watching but this is not oil; not yet.
PS. Hollywood Beach is 30 minutes North of here.
If it is possible to suspend the Constitution, it is also possible to confiscate the personal wealth from those who allowed this to happen.
One would think federal or local state authorities would be monitoring all Floridian waters for the possibility of this particular turn of events. But rest assured when oil sullies the Potomac River, D.C. will be all over it like fleas on a dog.
Okay. Let's say BP gets their new Top Hat, tap shoes & cane all dancing along just great like Fred Astaire.
What about those gushers (worse yet, it's reported) from the sea-floor fractures?
I anticipate BP will disassociate themselves
from any liability.
