BP and the Federal Government gave Kindra Arnesen unlimited insider access to the the BP Gulf Oil Spill cleanup and response operations. Disgusted by what she saw she turned whistle blower at the Gulf Emergency Summit and exposed the shocking truth of what is really going on behind the scenes of the clean up operations.
I have seen this video floating around and for some reason have yet to watch the video entirely perhaps because I didn’t realize what role Kindra Arnesen played in the response operations or the level of access she had been given.
I had previously started to watch the video before but didn’t really let it play long enough because I dismissed it prematurely for having such a sensational title.
I could not have been more wrong.
This women was given unprecedented access to the BP Gulf Oil Spill cleanup operations and has sat in on meetings with all of the top brass from Tony Hayward to the highest officials in the Federal Government who are leading the cleanup efforts.
Kindra Arnesen broke her silence at the Gulf Emergency Summit when she turned whistle blower and made a series of of shocking revelations.
So shocking in fact that I plan on transcribing the video because there are so many things in Kindra’s speech that the public needs to be made aware of.

During the summit Kindra Arnesen also revealed that Fox National News did a story exposing further aspects of the coverup.
Instead of publishing the story it appears they have refused to put the story online despite their assurances to Kindra that the piece is on their website.
Search for yourself. Go to Google and enter “site:foxnews.com Kindra Arnesen”, without the quotes. That will search the entire Fox News website.
Her name does not even return one result on the Fox News website.
Searching CNN for her name returns almost 100 results using the phrase “site:cnn.com Kindra Arnesen”, again without the quotes.
In addition to the apparently now scrubbed Fox News story, 60 Minutes in Australia also did another story.
Within 24 hours of the 60 Minutes special in Australia being published online it was scrubbed from internet.
Luckily the vigilant online community captured parts of the show and posted it online.

“Thank you. OK, I’m not usually a speech-giver. So, you guys try to bear with me; I’ll try to make this as painless as possible.
To explain to you where I live, I am indeed the one on the very end. I am at Point 5 on Highway 23 in South Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. Keep in mind through what I have to say, that I am the mother of a five-year-old little boy and an eight-year-old little girl who look like their dad.
That being said, when this first happened, I really didn’t know what to do, who to ask questions to, who was going to give us answers.
The first day we were introduced to anyone from BP, they came into our building and said: BP does business right. Yeah! Can you believe that? BP does business right and we’re here to take care of everything, folks. Well, 61 days later, that’s a joke, to say the least.
Just to give you guys kind of a perspective of where I’ve been: Four weeks ago, I stood up at a town hall meeting and I indeed did pin down all involved and I had them stuttering by the end of their speech. At any rate, I was invited the following week to go behind « enemy lines ». They gave me, of all people, security clearance to go into the base of operations meetings in Venice, Louisiana.
8 A.M., open door invitation to sit like a fly on the wall. Can you believe it? It’s really going on.
They also gave me security clearance to go into the Homeland Incident Command Post which is over the entire region of Louisiana. I’ve been in Coast Guard planes all the way out to the site itself.
Helicopters. Boat rides. I have been everywhere anybody could ever want to go to really get an inside look as to what’s going on.
Now, I want to start by telling you guys that I am not at all impressed. Someone told me this morning that they thought I had crossed over. Well, I picked a team a long time ago. My father was a commercial fisherman and my husband’s a commercial fisherman. Every man that I’ve even known, loved, and respected is on the water. They’re good men.
At any rate, for the past week I’ve heard in the ops meeting: We need to cut cost. Yes, that is what they said, that they need to cut cost. I almost came out of my chair the first time I heard it. But I’m trying to stay where I am because someone has to be on the inside overlooking and seeing as to what’s going on around. That being said, where I’ve seen cutting costs is quite unfortunate. What we call, in Venice, what they call…
First we’ve gotta understand this phrase: ponies and balloons. Well, the only place I’ve ever seen ponies and balloons is at a circus. Right? At any rate, about a week-and-a-half in, I learned what ponies and balloons meant. Ponies and balloons means that every time an official is headed anywhere near here, they get a heads up. All assets are deployed into the hardest hit areas.
The official comes in, flies over, Good job, fellas, pats ‘em on the back. When that official disappears out of the hardest hit area, so does 75 to 80 percent of the response. It’s happening. It’s happening every day. I’m watching it. I’m seeing it. I don’t agree with it. Anyone in this room’s not gonna agree with it. Anyone in our great nation’s not gonna agree with it.
We are expendable to these people. We do not matter.
Now, I’m gonna get off that and I’m sorry I talk in circles, but that’s the coonass in me. As y’all follow me, then just let me know.
At any rate, I’m gonna go into the health issues for a moment, if you don’t mind. I sat through endless hours of meetings with BP’s safety officers. I sat through an hour and 45 minute meeting with the Coast Guard Safety Officer, both in the Homeland Incident Command Post, as well as a gentleman from OSHA.
In order to obtain a respirator for our responders — now this isn’t just commercial fishermen — I’m talking about Coast Guard members, all responders, people off the street, everybody involved.
Number 1: They have to fill out an OSHA questionnaire.
Number 2: They have to have a physical evaluation by a medical professional.
But, EPA is doing air monitoring. Everything’s OK. It’s great. Yeah, imagine that.
At any rate, there is in fact some Act somewhere in OSHA’s law, that says that volunteers have a right to wear a volunteer respirator. But, as we all know, BP is taking over our Gulf. BP rules right now, our Gulf, I mean… Bottom line, that’s who’s in charge of the situation.
They couldn’t even run their own company and they are in charge of this response! I’m totally appalled!
They can’t wear a volunteer respirator because if they’re not properly trained… BP’s rules are, they have to be properly trained in order to wear a respirator. Now, BP said that they will provide the training and they will provide a respirator. But, everything’s OK! So, they don’t need to be trained and they don’t need a respirator. And as far as the right to wear volunteer respiration? Guess what? If you don’t follow BP’s rules, you don’t have a job. And that’s what they told me.
Now, I asked them to discuss the seven men that were brought, one by helicopter and six by ambulance… I asked them if they were at liberty to discuss that with me. And they said, Yes Ma’am, we are. I guess these guys didn’t realize who they were talking to.
Number one response from Mr. Hayward was food poisoning. Four different boats, all in… way away from each other. Food poisoning.
Second response was heat exhaustion.
Then last Wednesday — I’m sorry, Wednesday a week ago — when I sat with OSHA and BP’s Safety Officer, the OSHA man informed me that all four boats took Pine Sol, sprayed it all over their boats, and then sat and breathed in the fumes all day long and that’s what caused the chemical poisoning.
Hold on a second! I’ve been on boats all my life. I’ve been with captains all over the place. When we spray something on our boat, we wash it right off. If not, it eats the paint off the boat. We take care of our stuff.
So that right there was just a blatant out lie. So, then I asked them — I throwed one out of left field at them — I said: Well what about the people on 9/11?
He said: It’s funny you asked about that, because I was working that job. We were following them around with respirators, begging them to put them on.
And he actually pointed the finger at our New York Firefighters. Yeah, he did! People who are dying a slow death as we sit in this room right now, from chemical poisoning; pointing the finger at them and said that they turned around and gave him the one finger salute, and said: We’re not wearing a respirator, we’re looking for our friends.
Trained firefighters? In New York? Are you serious?
I wanted to just slap him in the face! But, I was good.
At any rate, you know, my children have broke out in four rashes. My child broke out in a rash the first time. I took her to Florida for four days. It magically cleared up. I brought her back, she broke out again. I left, she cleared up. Now today, she’s broke out again. Not to mention that my beautiful, healthy, straight-A student, gorgeous daughter has a double ear infection, upper respiratory problems. I left and went to Baton Rouge and as I drove back home: clearing the throat, the stickiness, the upper respiratory irritation.
You know, the bottom line here is: this morning I contacted Miss Marla Cooper, who is District 9 Councilwoman for Plaquemines Parish. And Miss Marla has three grandchildren in our area and she’s just a great grandparent and a good mom. And I told her: Miss Marla, we have got to call an evacuation of our area. We can not allow our citizens to sit like we’re out in the middle of the…
We are! This stuff’s on all three sides of my home! I walk outside and there’s a haze. They’re called « bad air days ». Folks, stay inside, put your air conditioning on recirculation. Everything’s just fine!
Well, why would we need to lock ourselves up in our house? Do you really think that’s gonna cut it? Do you really think that’s gonna make the situation better? No, it’s not! Where do you think air comes from that’s in the house? Outside the house.
These people, they never cease to amaze me.
The lack of humanity, here.
I know that my Parish only makes up two percent of Louisiana’s population, but does that make my people expendable?! This is unacceptable! They are slowly poisoning every person that I’ve ever been close to in my entire life and I’m standing here saying, no more!
Now, if I ruffle some feathers, and make some people mad, so be it. I don’t care. My people are more important to me than their bottom line. And that is my bottom line.
So basically, this whole ponies and balloons act… If someone does not come in and properly oversee this response… Our marsh now is being used as a boom, an overwhelmed boom, a big, giant sponge.
It’s on both sides of us. It will fill up, it is filling up, constantly. We have heavy, heavy crude penetrating our marsh all over the place right now as we speak. They deploy, and then they pull ‘em back in when a politician comes in, and this is not acceptable!
They’re not cleaning it up; they’re covering it up! This is… We’re barely into this. This could go on for years and years and they are already cutting costs! Cutting costs, cutting corners, and taking shortcuts is why we’re all sitting in this room today.
Enough is enough!
Now, as far as EPA, OSHA, NOAA, BP and Federal Government, they… Every one of them’s in collaboration with each other. That comes from someone at the top of NOAA. That’s the kind of people I’ve been talking to. That came from someone at the top of NOAA, that they’re all in collaboration with BP.
Are you serious!?
Who do these people work for?
I thought these were our agencies to protect our better interests, our world, our Earth, our lives and what is going on here? Are we that dependent upon these banks, to just roll over and let them poison our world, and our people in it? This is unacceptable!
A week after this started they want to say: Nothing’s going on. Nothing’s dying ? A week after this story, I traveled 70 miles east of the original site. There was these shells floating all over the top of the water. Hundreds of thousands of them. They were empty because they were dead. I’ve never seen a shell float in my life. Dead. A week after.
Four weeks ago when the oil was trajected to hit the west side of our peninsula, I was so mad after I went down to Pascaloocha and seeing what wasn’t being done there, that I got in my boat — my dime, my time — and I took a trip. I was like Fox national news on my boat.
I traveled from Red Pass 10 mile… to Four Bayous, about 10 miles, the east side of Grand Isle.
Now, the oil was trajected to hit that side of the peninsula [unclear]. 30 miles! I did not run into one responder! I did not run into one piece of boom, hard or soft. 150 feet of sandbags on a 30 mile stretch of shoreline. This is unacceptable!
So, I decided on the way back, well let me just go out on the coast a little bit and see what’s going on. I ran into oil 3/4 of a mile off our coast. Not sheen. Crude. As I’m traveling along back towards Red Pass, I looked over the Gulf and I notice that there’s big swarms of birds. That’s not unusual. I figured they was diving on bait. But what where they diving into oil sheen? Because birds don’t know any better.
We traveled out towards the birds. I wanted to see what they were diving into. I was… I want to know. As we get out to the birds… I don’t know if you’ve been on the water much, or even if you’ve seen a big school of fish. They have like a boil in the water. It looks like a pot boiling. The fish boil the water; it moves. As we drift into it, it’s big Bull Reds with their mouths open, on top of the water, laying sideways, swimming upside down in a circle.
Again, hundreds of thousands of them, school after school after school. They were dying. They were so disoriented that they were running into the side of my boat.

That’s a real good question. Fox national news swears it’s on their website, but I’ve search it up and down. I’ve even… You know what? I’ve got the camera man’s phone number in my purse right there. We can call him after and find out exactly where it’s at. I’ve called and asked them for it over and over again, and they won’t give it to me. You know what? Everybody is saying a media blackout, a media blackout.
Yes ma’am, there is a media blackout. Sydney, Australia’s 60 Minutes came over and they did a real nice piece. I watched it on their website. The transcript is still there. 24 hours after the video hit the website, it disappeared.
You know, as far as the fisherman can catch shrimp elsewhere comment, I want to make something real clear. We have been fighting imports and regulations for the last 20 years. They have regulated us to the point, as commercial fisherman, that my husband personally has seven different permits. The only thing that my husband does not do is oyster.
So, if there’s shrimp somewhere else, or we can use gill net or whatever we need to do in order to provide a food source for this country, a natural way to feed people, then somebody point me in that direction and let me know where it is, because I’ve looked all over the place.
I came back here four-and-a-half years ago and rebuilt on dirt because this is my home and I love Louisiana. I live right out in the middle of nowhere in the boondocks. The bottom line here is, that if the country does not stand up and say no more…
We must take action. We cannot sit back. And if this stuff does not stop, guys, this is gonna go global. It will destroy one-third of the world’s water. Bank on it! If they do not stop this — every ocean is connected — it will go on and on and on.
As my daughter says: infinity plus two.

I read this week-end of a poll whose results showed 26% of the U.S. population had no knowledge of what Independence Day celebrates. I'd wager triple that percent of ignorance in a poll asking Americans about events in the Gulf of Mexico.

I also like the info on gas drilling. I wonder why we focus on oil. One of BP's partners in this disaster has a natural gas well that a record for depth. It's deeper than Macondo.
You go, Kindra! You have a soap box now. Use it for the good of the entire Gulf of Mexico. I'm here in Pinellas County, Florida. This is my birthplace, my home. We have miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches. I pray that they stay that way.

It is time to lead a revolution!
You think Katrina was bad? That was just a two day event that wrecked havoc for years after that. Remember how bad the federal response was. Think about it NOW. The oil spill is doomsday, comparatively speaking because while you can rebuild and restructure after a hurricane, you can’t do that with an oil spill, especially one that has the possibility of completely failing or is impossible to stop until it finally releases enough pressure to be manageable at the surface 30 YEARS FROM NOW!
You are on your own. This would be the country’s chance to become galvanized in taking action by taking back the government back from the political and financial classes. Notify all politicians and put them on notice that they will be voted out of office automatically, or we can do it for them. Hopefully, they will listen or it will lead to revolution to resurrect the government that the said classes had already “overthrown” many decades ago via legislation that hobbled the rule of law, put them in power unconstitutionally, and put us at a power disadvantage.
Politicians are put on notice here that you will do what we say. You are our servants. We are not your subjects and we don’t “request an audience” with the politician class. Never rough up any more innocent citizens in the streets who have honest questions about our country and where we are going. You will pay for your insolence in November.

I would caution Kindra and others as well to be careful when they call for government sponsored evacuations. She and others might get more than they are asking for. Fema camps are probably not, what she really wants because with the formaldehyde incident with the Fema trailers during Katrina, the government proved that their priority is not your heath. Yes, I realize that the situation in the Gulf of Mexico is dire, but trading one bad egg for another is not the desired outcome.
The government would love to have a so called “valid reason” to put Americans under Martial law, and would love to see Americans begging for anyone to take over and fix things. I believe that is the whole point of just about everything that they have been doing for years. I am not a conspirator or one who tends to cry conspiracy, by the way. That does not mean I do not believe conspiracies exist however, because I do.
I am sorry if this makes you want to cry “fruitcake”. Nonetheless, my husband was in the Military for over 24 years and if I learned anything, it was that there are those in this government who actually do believe “order comes from chaos”. So it should not surprise you that they will give the country a push in what they consider to be the “right direction”. Calling on the Government to be our “Savior” is like asking a pedophile to babysit our children. It is only going to lead to unanticipated heart break.
All I am saying is…” Be careful for what you ask for.
Personally, I don’t know what choices we have left. We have given away all our power to these people in Washington without even knowing it. There are way to many people in need of answers right now, but no one person has them. What I do know for certain, is that there is no Superman, Mighty Mouse, or “Good Government Heroes { talk about words that are diametrically opposed, good, government and heroes?}
If there was ever a day to think before asking the government to do anything it is now.
People have to realize the government has not changed for the better, and this is not your grandfathers, or perhaps even your fathers, America.
I am not going to run my mouth and say I have the answers. Admittedly, I do not. However, asking the government to evacuate and house the people is at best a misplaced, blind trust. To borrow a well worn phrase of a friend of mine, it would be more dangerous than “giving your car keys to a drunk and telling them to drive down the mountain backwards”.
Does anyone remember the saying “ If you always do, what you have always done, you will always get, what you have always gotten?
What makes you think that after two recent and still ongoing wars, and a very possible third in the making [ newest sanctions against Iran are equivalent to declaring war], Katrina…and a host of other choices, that our government is going to do anything differently now? Are they taking care of the troops? No. Is our economy any better today than before we spent how many billions of dollars? No, it is not, and we are in a depression, but no one will say the D word. How many people have lost their jobs, homes, and who knows what else, after trusting the government to fix things?

Maybe we do not have a choice in the end. The people in the Gulf are in dire straits, and can’t take in a breathe the air so as to think clearly without developing an upper respiratory infection.
I just want people to think, to be aware, that putting your hope in the government is misplaced trust. There may not be another choice but at least if your prepared for getting kicked in the backside, you can brace yourself for the fall !
We are kept so distracted here in America. We are working overtime just to put food on the table and keeping the kids in clothes, no one has time to keep an eye on what laws Washington is changing while we are asleep. Our “ole buddy, pal, and friend” – “G. Dubya” did most of his best work after the lights were out.

That reminds me of what Kindra Arnesen said at the end of video. She said if it’s not stopped that 1/3 of the world’s Oceans would be affected by this disaster. I remember that comment because I had just read it the night before in the book of Revelations, chapters 8 and 9.
I would not be surprised to find out that the horrendous tragedy are calling a mere “oil spill” was a man made diversion. It’s not uncommon to get suspicious when people are working so OBVIOUSLY hard to lie and cover-up everything. That is the governments MO, or so it seems. No one in our government has been honest about anything, not for a very, very long time. However, America is not the only one with a shadow government you know; so we are in company.

Of course BP will hide all the money somewhere so that no one can find it but Tony Blair. Did I say Blair? Sorry, I meant to say Tony Hayward. I get confused, they look and act so much alike I heard one out of seven claims are being paid out. ONE- OUT- OF- SEVEN! I couldn’t find that article today or I would give the link.
We need to get past the idea that Government is the solution. No one in Washington cares unless they are running for re-election. Why can’t people admit that they have not cared for a long time? You cannot get into a Washington position without selling your soul and searing your conscience!
Some people laugh at Christians for believing in a God they cannot see. I don’t agree with that at all. God has been very faithful to me and I can’t see the wind either but I can fill its affects.
However, if you’re a person who thinks that way, how is trusting in this government a better choice? The government lies to you, dismantles the Constitution one piece at a time, while you’re in bed asleep in your beds at night and keeps you so broke that all you have time for is work. It controls the media, which by the way is now almost all government run. They don’t report the news; they spin it to fit their own political views. If it weren’t so, journalists would not be arrested or threatened with $ 40.000 fines. Instead, you would be hearing the truth during the nightly news every night

Need I remind you that is on top of everything that has already happened. It would be nice if we still produced food here in American wouldn’t it. Especially since there is a world wide rice shortage going on.
They actually locked up two elderly ladies several years ago for passing out little Bibles on the sidewalk! They were in the 70’s. Now that was a true threat to our national security, wasn’t it? Do you really think they are going to listen to protesters?

Why does one suppose there are so many rumors about UN troops in Louisiana? When or if it comes to arresting or shooting an American for stealing a loaf of bread because they are hungry, or not wanting to go to a Fema camp, an American GI is not going to do that, in most cases. A foreign officer would most likely not hesitate. Reports are not confirmed yet, to my knowledge, that there are UN troops in the Gulf of Mexico due to the Oil disaster, but I have heard from folks living in Louisiana that they are there.
Blood is going to flow on American soil sooner than one can imagine folks- don’t beg for it by asking the Government to step in and evacuate, because it’s only going to speed up the inevitable. This is not our Fathers, or Grandfathers America! We have been sold out a little at a time while we were breaking our backs to put shoes on our children’s feet and beans on the table. It has been going on for years, but who had the time to check out Independent news sources from outside the USA or turn over every rock to get to the truth. We have become sheep, who have gotten so used to being hand fed, and told what we can and cannot do, we now ask to be controlled, all for the sake of “peace and safety”. We’ve been had, and we don’t realize it yet. When people start realizing how they have had the hood pulled down over their eyes by the paid- for play politicians, they are going be very irritated because no one likes looking like the fools Washington and others have taken us for. I know we hear frequently that Americans are under educated, but we know that one plus one equals three. Right? Just joking!!
I hear the Patriots and other good-hearted people calling to “take back America”. This is the country I love, but it’s not the country I was born into, not anymore.
People are going to lay down their lives in the streets folks, it’s coming, you can hear the rumbling if you listen hard enough.
In a matter of weeks, vs. months, there will be martial law, and we will be told it is for “our own good”. Do you think people who got sick from living in the formaldehyde saturated trailers thought it was good? They can sell us anything as long as they promise to “take care of us, keep us safe, and feed our children”…can’t they?
As foolish as it may seem to some I am going to continue to believe in a God you cannot see. He has been a tried, true, and extremely safe haven for me.
Actually, I think it’s even more foolish to keep believing in a government when you can see the duplicity happening over and over again, and thinking to yourself “ Oh, they won’t do that to me”. I had a friend whose husband used to get drunk and beat her almost every weekend, before he went to jail for killing her with his fists. She used to say the same thing to me “ he won’t do it again, he promised.” Are we that naïve?
If your human; your thoughts, wishes and desires are not significant. Your rights are no longer exist except in the history books and if need be, your life is can be lived out inside a Fema camp. I can guarantee it will not be a free ride either.
At least Jesus Christ gave up his life to prove he was sincere. Politicians don’t give you anything but lies and half truths at best. Just try to get someone in Washington to even come to work for a change or better yet, to think outside his or her partisan paradigm
Better for me that I continue to trust in what I do not see, rather than what can see all to clearly and after having done so, have to rationalize and make excuses just so I can keep denying and denying and denying. Because that is what one has to do to have any confidence at all in those we call leaders today.
Please wake up people, this is not Democracy anymore, it is an Oligarchy.
I respect Kindra Arnesen, our forefathers and foremothers, would have been proud of her also. She’s cut from the same proverbial cloth of those who invented electricity, conquered the wild frontier, and put the first human feet on the moon. In other words, she is a noble, persistent American who loves not just her family, but also other Americans; whose lives have been and will continue to be devastated by greed and all that is inherently evil.
Still, no matter how empathetic I am with her, and the thousands of Americans who are like her, I also realize that she may have drank too much of the Political Kool-Aid coming out of Washington for so many decades now.
We cannot summon Washington’s help with one hand, whilst pushing their hell bent desire to control everything and everyone with the other. They always want their pound of flesh, and don’t care how you pay it back, just as long as you do it. We cannot continue to have our cake and eat it too. History itself educates us to the fact that the more you ask the government for it’s help, the more it makes laws to control your life.
There are those in our government who are more than willing to take care of us-completely. They are socialists, in some cases they are communists.
I fear we are not going to find out how many rights we have given up already, until you’re arrested as a terrorist for demanding someone to clean up the mess in the Gulf of Mexico.
Lines are being drawn in the sand even now. I can feel the tenseness already.
Keep calling on our President to bail you out, evacuate you, take care of you, and you might get more than you wished for.
Let me ask you this. How has calling on the government to bail you out, buy you out, and regulate your lives worked for you so far, if you the everyday working class person?
For every dime they have given you, they have regulated how you spend it, and taken back more in taxes than, they have given you to start with
Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it!
