Feds Grow Tired of BP Stalling Flow Rate Measurements And Call In WHOI To Get Accurate Flow Rate Measurements
The Federal Government says delays in measurement of the oil flow leaking in the BP Gulf Oil Spill are no longer acceptable and have issued a contract to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute to take independent flow rate measurements in a contract that the Coast Guard says requires an urgent response.
