Independent Journalist Fintan Dunne has been conducting a series of interviews with scientists and other experts discussing the aspects of the BP Gulf Oil Spill that the mainstream media has been neglecting to cover.
As a follow up to his interview with Dr. Stephen A. Rinehart discussing the reports of well casing blow outs, sea floor leaks and the possible need to use a nuclear bomb to cap the leaking oil well Fintan reached out to me to get a first hand account of the latest developments of the activities occurring on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico.

Listen to the interview with Dr. Stephen A. Rinehart :
These interviews titled Gulf Oil Spill: From Done Deal To Doomsday we discuss a wide range of topics from the detached and damaged LMRP cap, the leaning BOP, compromised well casing and reported disc ruptures, the use of neurotoxin pesticides as a dispersant, seafloor leaks, and the possibility that BP might not be able to cap the the leak without using a nuclear bomb along with many more topics.

When BP discontinued pumping heavy mud, I suspected that the casing below the well-head had been damaged, and at the least, oil and gas were escaping outside, and even if the leak was plugged at that point, it would be apparent that a sealed blow-out would be impossible.
However, I would be afraid that a huge blast of any kind could fracture the strata to the point that the tremendous reservoir pressure could actually blow-OUT THE AREA…gushing millions of barrels daily, until it emptied.
That would give them reason for ‘hoping’ on hitting the casing with the two holes being drilled at this time. If that fanominal feat worked, it might releave pressure to allow problems to be dealt with.

somebody prove me wrong on this.PLEASE.
i'm waiting to see if stupidity prevails in the gulf.
a couple kiloton nuclear bomb might stop that leak.
my guess is setting off a nuke to seal that leak will turn the water into its bace elements oxygen and hydrogen and ignite that oil well.
with all the frozen methane gas in the gulf basin,we should be able to get rid of mexico and about half of the united states.the dust cloud should cover the earth and block out the sun and heat for a long time.long enough to kill off most if not all the life on this planet.then you have the tital waves.
so i say.yes.NUKE IT!!!

It appears that the drill casing was damaged and/or possibly pushed up through the BOP in the kick. This would be why the BOP wouldn’t actuate. This is potentially very bad news, as it means the casing/well bore is compromised. If the casing is gone, it could mean further compromise of the well through erosion, eventually leading to a possible collapse of the formation.
Link is a little ‘tin-foil’ish, but plausible considering what we’ve seen so far in the ROV feeds & the actions of BP:

June 22, 2010 (LPAC)– Serious consideration for the design and tailoring of a peaceful nuclear explosive to seal the BP well must now be a highest level priority. On the basis of information available in the public domain, such preparation is mandatory. Testimony from the leading U.S. expert on peaceful nuclear explosions as to the efficacy of using a nuclear device to seal the BP well has now been made public. Evaluations of the probable compromised condition of the well bore and seafloor come from reliable professional sources, which can be checked. BP’s presentation of the situation must neither be believed nor tolerated.
The political problem is that we have a President who is not in the real world. The very existence of the United States is endangered by the President’s determination not to offend the British Empire, Wall Street, or both. But we can’t let that stop us from saving the United States from a horrible fate. We can’t wait two elections to save the United States from an incompetent President.
The prospect of massive flow of oil into the Atlantic within as early as 18 days, according to a projection by the National Center for Atmospheric Research, will make this a global disaster. There might be debatable features of such estimates, but lying by BP and its apologists is so severe we cannot base policy on such vast and portentous cover-ups. At the point this massive oil leak enters the Atlantic, it is a point of no return for North and possibly South America, and will rapidly move on to become a European and a global crisis.
This has become a major national security question, the only one more dangerous being the President himself.
