Despite repeated promises from President Obama and the Federal Government that BP would be responsible to pay for the Gulf oil spill cleanup, Congress is trying to sneak in legislation under the radar to fast track a tax on oil that would make the US Taxpayer pay for cost of cleaning up the Gulf oil spill.

BP Chief Executive, Tony Hayward, tells Forbes Magazine that the Gulf Oil Spill will bring record profits for BP and that Oil industry. In a sickening interview he tells Forbes that "he's sleeping well these days" and Forbes reports that he is nice and fresh, almost relaxed in his makeshift corner office at BP's emergency response center in Houston.
