SkyTruth who has been providing excellent satellite image analysis through the Gulf oil spill crisis has found a possible second leaking oil rig in the gulf miles away from oil spill leaking at the Mississippi Canyon site.
The Details of this are still a bit sketching but from SkyTruth
And we think we’ve discovered an unrelated leak from a nearby platform that was installed back in 1984. The MMS ID# for this platform is 23051 (look it up here). A small, dark slick appears next to this platform on radar satellite images from April 26, May 8, and May 13 as well as this May 14 image.
It’s not a major leak but it may indicate a chronic problem. Somebody should check that out to make sure it doesn’t get any worse.
Here’s the Satellite Image, which now shows a surface area of almost 5,000 square miles, in which the second leak is shown.

While the second leaking rig is much smaller than the Deepwater Horizon Well that may be leaking 70,000 – 100,000 barrels of oils per day the appearance of a second leaking well may indicate systemic problems and should be checked.
If this is shown to be a second leaking well, this could indicate that Government supplied oil spill fly over data and maps are in accurate.
If this second spill can be seen from space, how is it possible that a leaking well could be missed by airplane or helicopter fly overs of the Gulf of Mexico?
It leads one to come to the conclusion that the flyovers are not even being performed, data is purposely being exclude or the flyover is being conducted over an area much smaller than that of the actual spill.

It's all coming together now. For 4 weeks I've had this thought in the back of my mind: "what if the video of the 'leak' is from a different well?"
It started when I analyzed the vid of the robot-sub trying to flip a switch on the riser (this was one of the first vids put out about a week after initial blow). Being a student of NLP and an astute intel analyst, I deduced that the video was of another 'leak' that was being passed off as the deepwater catastrophe. (NLP comes into play when you hear people like gov chirst say "volcano of oil" and the NYT write "chasm on the sea floor" and AP "erupting".)
I believe that there is an open chasm on the gulf floor erupting magnitudes of oil.
